Autumn/ Winter 2024

I oversaw a team of talented designers in shaping the footwear direction for Sperry’s Autumn/Winter 2024 collection, which emphasized heritage-inspired designs that were synonymous with the Sperry brand, along with modern interpretations that appealed to today’s consumers. We focused on utilizing luxurious materials and incorporating handcrafted details, allowing each piece to reflect both tradition and innovation. Anticipating trends, we added height to our designs, recognizing that pants were predicted to get wider and outsoles were expected to become chunkier. This approach honored Sperry’s rich legacy and also elevated the overall aesthetic, ensuring the collection stood out in the market.

Spring/ Summer 2024

In Spring/Summer 2024, I led Sperry’s footwear direction and embraced the smart dressing trend. We focused on classic loafers, timeless boat silhouettes, and clean sneakers, creating a cohesive collection that exuded relaxed sophistication. We selected lightweight leathers and natural textiles, pairing them with metallic accents. Additionally, we incorporated small pops of uplifting nautical colors, which added a refreshing touch to the overall aesthetic. This approach modernized the offerings and ultimately highlighting the brand's DNA in a compelling and fresh way.
